Established from a single estate agency branch in Solihull, today John Shepherd is one of the leading estate agents covering the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Staffordshire regions.

We are now well into our second decade of successful trading and continually strive to evolve and be the best at what we do. To date, we manage over 3000 properties and agree over 2000 lets for Landlords across the West Midlands per annum. Our sales business also sell circa £75m worth of property per annum.
