John Shepherd is one of the leading agents in Birmingham and we are currently looking for a full time Client Accounts Administrator (to cover a period of maternity leave 6-12 months) to work in our Client Accounts Management department based in Cannock. Whilst the role is to cover a colleague on maternity leave, there is the view that it may become permanent.
Responsibilities include the recording and processing of rent receipts including cheques, standing orders and regular invoicing to companies, making BACS payments via online banking and preparing monthly statements for landlords. You will carry out the daily banking, inputting invoices, paying suppliers and refunding tenant’s deposits, whilst maintaining and updating the software database.
To be successful in this role you should be a strong team player, keen to learn and want to develop your professional skills in Client Accounts. You will be expected to have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills and in return you will receive full training and support.
Salary is £18,000 to £20,000 pro rata per annum. You will receive excellent training and career progression along with other employee benefits such as Employee Assistance Programme and Cycle to Work Scheme.
