Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Job Title. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Birmingham City Centre. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours. Monday to Friday 8:45am till 5:30pm. The salary ranges from £19,000 - £22,000 per annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Record and process rent receipts, encompassing various payment methods like cheques, standing orders, and corporate invoicing.
  
• Execute BACS payments through online banking.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements to landlords.
• Input invoices, manage supplier payments, and oversee tenant deposit refunds.
  
• Maintain and ensure the currency of our software database for efficient property management.
